Terms of Use

Last updated: July 26, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Econparity. By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptance and scope

This agreement is between the person or entity using Econparity and the operator of the service. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

These Terms cover the website, calculator, accounts, history, reports, exports, artificial intelligence features, and any other feature identified as part of Econparity. The Privacy Policy and terms displayed during a purchase also form part of the applicable relationship.

You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you have not reached the contractual age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with your legal representative's authorization and supervision. A separately signed business order will prevail only for matters it expressly governs.

Service description

Econparity helps estimate the effect of inflation on purchasing power, compare values across periods, model compound-interest and contribution scenarios, consult related information, and retain certain calculations.

Depending on plan, location, and technical availability, the service may include history, AI-generated analysis, brand customization, and exports in formats such as PDF, Excel, or CSV. Some features may require an account or be subject to quotas and limits.

Calculations, data, and methodology

Results depend on available data and the currency, years, rates, contributions, and other parameters entered. Econparity may use official indexes, third-party sources, historical series, assumptions, and rounding. Sources may revise previously published data.

Future scenarios, projections, and comparisons are mathematical estimates, not promises of performance or guaranteed predictions. You must verify the data, methodology, and suitability of an output before making a decision or sharing it.

Artificial intelligence features

AI features generate explanations or answers from scenario data and text you submit. They may rely on third-party providers and may produce incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable content.

Do not use an AI response as the sole basis for an important financial, legal, tax, employment, or other decision. Independently review every fact, conclusion, and apparent recommendation.

  • Do not submit secrets, credentials, sensitive financial data, or personal information that is not necessary.
  • Do not use AI to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
  • Econparity may apply limits, filters, and safety controls to prompts and responses.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where the law provides otherwise. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share an account to bypass limits, impersonate another person, sell credentials, or let others use the service contrary to these Terms. We may request reasonable verification to protect the account and platform.

Permitted use and restrictions

You may use Econparity for lawful personal, educational, and professional purposes in accordance with these Terms, plan limits, and applicable law.

  • Do not interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
  • Do not perform large-scale automated extraction, reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention of controls, quotas, or technical restrictions unless expressly allowed by law.
  • Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
  • Do not present an output as official, audited, guaranteed, or issued by Econparity when it is not.

Reports and exports

Reports and exports are generated from your data, parameters, branding preferences, and service outputs. You are responsible for reviewing them before downloading, delivering, publishing, or using them with clients.

You may use generated reports for your own lawful personal, internal, or professional purposes. This permission does not make Econparity the author of your conclusions, an adviser to recipients, or responsible for later use of the document.

Plans, subscriptions, and payments

Econparity may offer a free plan and paid plans with different features and quotas. Price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Limits and features may change prospectively with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Payments and billing are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. A recurring plan renews under the terms accepted at checkout until cancelled. You may manage or cancel it using the payment-provider instructions or portal made available after purchase, or ask support@econparity.com for help.

Unless stated otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewals and paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds, taxes, receipts, chargebacks, and failed payments are handled under Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain any rights you have in data, text, logos, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license for as long as needed to host, process, technically adapt, and display that content solely to operate and protect the service and provide requested features.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for submitted content. Econparity and its software, interface, brand, design, code, documentation, data selection, templates, and proprietary elements belong to its operator or licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Nothing transfers ownership of Econparity to you. You may not substantially copy or exploit its elements to create a competing service, redistribute a database, or use its marks without permission.

Privacy and data protection

Processing of personal data for accounts, calculations, reports, AI, analytics, security, and subscriptions is explained in the Privacy Policy. Third-party policies may also apply when you use their features.

If you submit another person's personal data in a scenario, report, or prompt, you are responsible for having a valid basis and giving any required notice.

Read the Privacy Policy

Third-party services and content

Econparity relies on infrastructure, authentication, database, AI, email, analytics, rendering, and payment services. It may also link to or display information from external sources. Those parties may impose their own terms and policies.

We do not control the availability, accuracy, or changes of external services and content. Mentioning a source or provider does not endorse all of its claims, products, or practices.

Availability and service changes

We work to keep Econparity available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Maintenance, failures, capacity limits, and events outside our control may occur.

We may fix, update, add, remove, or replace features. If a material change adversely affects a current paid plan, we will seek to provide reasonable advance notice and honor rights required by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Econparity or request account deletion. Data deletion and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal duties. Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by the payment provider; you must also complete the relevant cancellation process.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security risks, non-payment, legal violations, or material breaches of these Terms. Where feasible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Warranties and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Econparity is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that data, calculations, AI analysis, reports, or content will be complete, accurate, current, or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing above excludes statutory warranties, conformity duties, or remedies that cannot be limited for consumers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Econparity and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profit, opportunity, or data, or decisions made in reliance on estimates, AI, or reports.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, total aggregate liability related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Econparity during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Consumer rights

If you use Econparity as a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights in your country of residence, including rights that may apply to pre-contract information, digital content or services, conformity, withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds.

If a clause is invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited only as necessary and the rest will remain effective. These Terms do not require you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes, law, and disputes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, providers, or law. We will publish the new date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance unless the law requires another mechanism.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to Econparity's operator and the contractual relationship, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Before starting a dispute, please contact support so we can try to resolve it. Courts determined by applicable law will have jurisdiction.
